- Friendly, busy and welcoming family in Alexandria are looking for an experienced nanny to support and care for B7, B5 and B18 months.
The role will be primarily caring for their toddler, who will be 18 months old when the job starts and taking him to activities.
Some assistance with school drop-offs and pick ups will be required for the older children B7 and B5) in the mornings. Possibly doing pick-ups on some days if needed. School is located in Ultimo. Looking after them in school holidays.
Drop off is by car so a licence is required.
Please note parking is limited in the area so the candidate must be willing to travel to work by public transport. Please note the family are located very close to Waterloo station and the new metro line.
Role will include tidying up after the children and helping with washing. Maybe assisting with other tasks like shopping if needed. The family have a weekly house cleaner who is responsible for other cleaning tasks.
Please note this is a very child focused role and the family are looking to forge a long term relationship with their new nanny.
They have had long term nannies before and are a great family to work with.
We are looking for someone who is warm, engaging, nurturing, calm, pro active, energetic, kind and enjoys working with children to support and encourage therm to reach their milestones.
Mum is returning to work in July and is going to be working 3 days but split over 5 and
and aiming to finish each day at 2.30pm so she can collect the children from school and take them to afternoon activities etc.
The three different options to structure the role are as below -
Option 1 - (This is the preferred option)
Mon - Fri 7.30am-2.30pm
Option 2 -
Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri 7.30am-4.30pm
Option 3 -
Mon, Tue and Thur 7.30am-5.30pm
No pets.
The family are happy to offer 30-35 hours and are open to discussing how the role can be structured to ensure that the family can find the best fit for both parties.
The family are looking for /late June start (flexible) and a minimum 12 month commitment with the view to be longer term.
