- Family of four in Baar (Canton Zug) are seeking a live-in housekeeper / nanny to join their busy and welcoming household.
80% Nanny 20% Housekeeper
About the Family:
They are a family of four: two boys aged 8 and 2.
The father works full-time, while the mother, though not employed, maintains a busy schedule that includes school and club drop-offs and pick-ups for our older son.
Accommodation:
The position offers a separate bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, located on a private floor for privacy and comfort
The Nanny / Housekeepers responsibilities included:
Preparing breakfast for the children
Getting ready for school
Care of little one from lunch time onwards and older one after school
Taking to activities and doing fun and age appropriate activities and outings
Light household tasks while children at school including folding laundry and ironing
Grocery shopping.
Some cooking for the family (no dietary restrictions, just good home-cooked meals with international variety).
Occasional evening babysitting (monitoring the baby camera while the children sleep).
Evening routines such as bathing the 2-year-old, preparing a milk bottle, and putting him to bed.
Candidate Requirements:
Extensive previous experience working as a Nanny
Childcare exp
References: At least two strong references from previous employers.
Fluency in English OR Russian OR German.with english
A clean driving license.
Valid criminal clearance check
A First Aid certificate or willingness to do one
Occasional travel with the family
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize the children and household and manage tasks efficiently, including meal planning, scheduling household maintenance, and managing supplies.
Proactive Approach: Someone who can anticipate the family's needs without constant direction, ensuring smooth household operations.
An overall positive, trustworthy, and easygoing personality.
And last but not least - genuine love for children.
